Pickup Details:

• Trash and Recycling carts should be out by 5:00 am on the morning of pick up.
• Bring your cart all the way to the street.
• Do not overfill your cart. Heaping/full carts can result in extra charges.
• Carts/Dumpsters are for standard household/small business trash/recycling.  Bulky, overweight, construction and demo or otherwise unacceptable items can result in extra charges or skipped stops.
• Hazardous materials are not acceptable. 
• Trash inside cart should be loose enough to come out during pick up.
• We pick up on all Holidays!
• Trash is NOT allowed in Recycling carts.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Place your cart carefully facing the street and allow a minimum of a 3 foot radius on all sides of your carts.

Note: We are not responsible for damage caused while delivering carts or dumpsters, picking up trash/recycling carts, or otherwise providing the service of collecting your trash and recycling.

Recycling is picked up every week (except Village of Osceola and Wednesday routes, which is bi-weekly).

Recycling is single-stream co-mingled and does not need to be bagged or separated.

Please make sure your recycling cart is spaced at least 3 feet from other objects/carts.

Acceptable items include:

Plastic bottles/containers/jugs, glass containers, aluminum cans, paper, cardboard.

Unacceptable items include:

Food or liquids, batteries, medical products, yard waste, pizza boxes
